We put a lot of effort into the onboarding of new clients. We will work closely with you to understand your systems and make the switch to Concept IT as quick and easy as possible.

Consider us your Sherpa, guiding you to the top of the mountain as you navigate the common challenges SMEs face in IT. Our friendly team of experts will be there to fix your IT challenges with a proactive approach.

We wanted to help you to understand what we do within the first three months of onboarding…

Day 1

At the beginning of the onboarding, we’ll assign you an Engineer who will work with you to bring you aboard. On day 1, you’ll have a kick-off call with your dedicated expert IT Engineer.

Week 1

Within the first week, your Engineer will begin onboarding our support and management software and documenting your network. We will also kick off your new backups.

Week 2

In week 2, we’ll visit to build upon our initial onboarding effort, take site photos and meet you face to face. We’ll also complete the off-site portion of your backups.

Week 3-4

In weeks 3-4, your onboarding engineer will complete the technical onboarding of your site and will present all the documentation to our support teams for handover to BAU support.

Week 5-8

During weeks 5-8 we’ll be supporting you, we’ll iron out many bugs existing in your network, and enable and schedule your monthly asset reports.

Week 9-12

In the last few weeks of your onboarding and now with 2 months of experience of your IT network, we’ll book in your IT improvement meeting with one of Concept IT Directors to produce an IT roadmap with you over the next year.

And that’s you fully onboarded!
